Chunky Ear Warmer Headband

Materials

• Yarn: about 80 yards of bulky (5) yarn
• Hook: 6.5 mm (K-10.5)
• 6.5 mm hook
• Yarn needle

Abbreviations (US terms)

• ch: chain
• hdc: half double crochet
• sl st: slip stitch

Instructions

1. Chain 11.
2. Row 1: Hdc in the 3rd chain from the hook and across (9 hdc).
3. Row 2: Chain 2, turn, hdc across. Repeat until the band equals your head circumference minus 2 in (5 cm).
4. Bring the short ends together and sl st through both layers to seam.
5. Fasten off and weave in ends.
